Sales Development Representative

About the position

SafeTraces is looking for an outstanding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and qualify leads for our veriDART solution, as we strive to make the indoor air safer for all. This position requires leadership, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

​What you’ll be doing

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new sales outlets/ channels
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested, qualified prospects for hand off to Sales Directors
  • Define best practices to refine SafeTraces’ lead generation playbook
  • Utilize lead gen tools (e.g., Amplemarket), cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospects’ needs and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Analyze industry and market data to identify new trends and customer needs
  • Pro-actively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Sales teams
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly quarterly results set by Sales Director
  • Demonstrate flexibility working with changing priorities and across teams
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in built environment/ mechanical engineering
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a proven record of achieving or exceeding lead targets

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email

Director of Customer Success

About the position

SafeTraces is looking for a Director of Customer Success responsible for directing all aspects of our customer relations, policies, objectives, and initiatives, delivering best-in-class customer service to our channel partners and direct customers in the built environment, and unlocking the value of our technology and data for our customers. The fast-moving nature of the work requires excellent interpersonal and customer success skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  • Understand partner and customer needs and communicate internally
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to facilitate and grow long-lasting, partner and customer experiences
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required with Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong experience managing relations with large corporate clients and service providers in the built environment, including engineering, EHS, building automation and controls, and facility services
  • Hands-on experience designing success programs and managing their execution
  • Familiarity and aptitude for property technology, mechanical systems, and data analytics impacting the built environment

Research Associate

About the position

SafeTraces is looking for a research associate responsible for performing tasks in the life sciences laboratory per standard operating protocols. The fast-moving nature of the work requires excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work independently and be flexible with tasks and schedules.

Production Scientist

About the position

SafeTraces is looking for a Production Scientist to help us advance our traceability, sanitation verification, and safe airflow verification solutions. The production scientist is responsible for performing tasks in the life sciences laboratory per standard operating protocols. The fast-moving nature of the work requires excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design, conduct, and monitor laboratory experiments under general supervision
  • Produce qPCR master mix plates production per standard operating procedures
  • Prepare samples in large quantities
  • Perform daily qPCR tests
  • Collect and analyze qPCR data, form conclusions, and provide process improvements
  • Be responsible for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of experimental results
  • Maintain accurate records and troubleshoot experiments
  • Participate in routine lab maintenance, lab safety.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

What we’re looking for

Director of Marketing

About the position

SafeTraces is looking for a Director of Marketing who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. The Director will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy with responsibility for driving revenue growth, product awareness and adoption, customer engagement, lead generation, and advancing digital marketing channels and brand equity. As a valuable member of the leadership team, the Director will build the company’s independent brand for indoor air safety, lead the marketing team, and coordinate closely with other functions across the organization. This position requires adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

​What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a growing marketing team.
  • Lead and communicate the go-to-market programs to support business objectives, including revenue growth in key channels and markets.
  • Develop messaging and positioning to communicate the value of the technology/ brand directly to customers and partners, and build brand awareness utilizing best practices of PR, traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Support partners, business development and sales teams for implementation of programs, campaigns, and content, effectively using marketing automation, CRM, etc.
  • Create content (thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the technology’s benefits to target markets, customer and partner profiles
  • Improve effectiveness of marketing programs through better targeting across digital channels, including website, ad campaigns, and events.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience leading marketing or product marketing teams in the prop tech/ built environment industry
  • BA or BS in a related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep experience with web, social media, CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Proven track record of demonstrated capability in marketing, leadership, and product launch programs
  • Strong leadership capabilities, particularly in educating and motivating teams to achieve business objectives
  • A highly analytical approach combined with superior problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
