Michael Clark

Director, Compliance

Michael is in charge of compliance, developing and implementing compliance programs, and training.  He is highly experienced in safety and risk management of multiple industry supply chains, including food processing, fresh-cut produce,  RTE and international airline catering, and pasteurization. Michael holds B.S. degrees in Biology, and Food Science and Technology from Iowa State University, as well as a number of industry safety certifications.
